In most cases we offer same-day or next-day service. If you book in the morning, we can usually get to you the same afternoon. Emergencies (refrigerator not cooling, washer leaking) are prioritized.
Most repairs include a flat diagnostic fee that is waived if you proceed with the repair. Total cost depends on the part and labor required. We always give you a clear, upfront quote before starting any work — no hidden fees and no surprises on the bill.
Yes. All of our repairs come with a labor warranty, and replacement parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If the same issue comes back within the warranty period, we'll come out and make it right at no extra charge.

If a repair isn't worth it (parts cost too high or the unit is at end of life), we'll tell you honestly and only charge the diagnostic fee. We'd rather earn your trust than push an unnecessary repair.
