Every repair we complete is backed by a 180-day parts and labor guarantee. If a covered repair doesn't hold, we make it right.

What's covered

Our 180-day warranty covers both the parts we install and the labor for the specific repair we performed. If the same problem returns within 180 days because of a part we supplied or work we carried out, we'll come back and fix it at no additional charge.

How long it lasts

The warranty runs for 180 days from the date of the completed repair. Manufacturer warranties on certain parts may extend beyond this period - we'll let you know when that applies.

What's not covered

  • A new or unrelated fault in a different component of the appliance.
  • Customer-supplied parts - when you provide your own part, we install it professionally, but the part itself carries no warranty from us.
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, power surges, improper installation by others, or normal wear of consumable items.
  • Appliances that have been serviced or altered by someone else after our visit.

The $79 diagnostic

Our $79 diagnostic fee is credited toward your repair, so when you proceed with the work the diagnostic costs you nothing. The diagnostic itself confirms the fault and the recommended fix; the 180-day guarantee begins once the repair is completed.
