From your first call to the final test, here is exactly how we diagnose, quote, and fix your appliance - with no hourly surprises.

We built our process to be simple, predictable, and honest. You know what is happening, what it costs, and why, before any work begins. Here is what to expect at each step.

1. Book in minutes

Tell us the appliance and the symptom and pick a time that works for you. Book online in a couple of minutes or call 253-386-7788. We are open seven days a week, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and after you submit a request we reply within 15 to 30 minutes. Same-day service is often available - book before noon and we can usually reach you the same day.

2. A flat $79 diagnostic, credited to your repair

An experienced technician comes to your home, inspects the appliance, and pinpoints the real fault - not a guess over the phone. The diagnostic is a flat $79, and we credit it toward the repair when you go ahead. So once we do the fix, the diagnosis costs you nothing.

3. A flat-rate quote you approve first

Before any repair starts, you get a clear flat-rate price for the full job. No hourly meters, no surprise add-ons. Nothing happens until you approve that price, and the price you say yes to is the price you pay. If we find a separate, unrelated fault, we quote that for your approval too.

4. Fixed - usually in a single visit

Our technicians carry common parts on the truck, so most repairs are finished in one visit. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you up front and schedule the return promptly. We treat your home with care and leave the work area clean.

5. Backed by a 180-day warranty

Every completed repair is covered by our 180-day parts and labor warranty. If a part we supplied or the work we performed fails within that window under normal use, we make it right at no additional charge. You can read the full terms on our warranty page.
